Arrive makeup-free
Please arrive without eye makeup, brow makeup, or oily products around the treatment area.
Book a patch test if needed
Patch tests can be arranged and may be required for tinting or selected brow and lash treatments.
Avoid heavy oils
Avoid heavy oils or rich skincare around the eyes before your appointment.
After your treatment
Avoid water at first
Avoid water, steam, and heavy moisture around the area for the first 24 hours where advised.
Do not rub
Avoid rubbing, scratching, or pulling at the brows or lashes.
Avoid heavy products
Avoid heavy cleansers, oils, or moisturisers directly around the treated area.
Mascara timing
Mascara can usually be worn 24 hours after a lash lift.
